From the Telegraph of 24 Aug 2024: RIGHTER [sic] Rosemary died peacefully at home after a long fight with cancer on 27th July 2024, aged 81 years. Beloved wife of the late William and the late Robert Elegant. Much loved twin sister to Veronica Clegg and brother to Ian Douglas, aunt and great aunt and her many friends. Memorial Service at St Bride's Church, Fleet Street, London EC4 on Thursday 31st October 2024 at 11.30 a.m.

She was twin d of Archibald Andrew Henry DOUGLAS 1902-97 (2xgt gs of Sir William DOUGLAS 4th Bt c1731-1783 of Kelhead who was f of 6th & 7th Marquesses of QUEENSBERRY) and his former wife Marjorie Gordon BROWN d 1992. She m 1st 1968 William Harvey 1927-97 s of Richard RIGHTER of Kansas City, Missouri, USA and his former w Helen HARVEY 1903-74. She m 2nd 20_ Robert ELEGANT of Casalichiari, Torre Gentile, Todi, Italy.
