While I am watching a Youtube Video of the American Viscountess on Deans Court held by the Hanham Baronets. In this video I find the present baronet has a son. Wikipedia and Burkes do not note any.. Can anyone check this out ?

According to Wikipedia, the present Baronet is the last.

My mistake, there is a possible daughter or maybe a step daughter.

maltagenealogy,

According to DPB Online, the present baronet is married but childless.

The only family listed is his sister Victoria GROSS, and her 2 children, Hugo (b. 1989) and Dulcie (b. 1992).

Thank you Brooke, such a pity  he may be the last of his line.

You're welcome.

Yes , unfortunately, it does seem  he is the end of the line.

Unfortunate to whom? Why a pity? One assumes that he has led his life exactly as he would have wanted. It always makes me uneasy when, on this PUBLIC forum, people make judgments about the private lives of private people.

always in thought genealogically. Never personal.

I echo what maltagenealogy said.

I certainly don't look at any peer/baronet's situation personally, and I would venture a guess that most people in this group don't either.

Here's an example.   I was sorry to read about the 2023 passing of Baron Trimlestown, who was unmarried.  The fact that he was unmarried, and for whatever reason, was totally his business.  No judgements  one way or another, nor should there have been.)

I was strictly  focused on the barony and  sad to see that a peerage that had been created in 1461, had become either extinct or dormant.
