Googling I see (from a 2003 memorial service) that Talia Carleton
Paget is the daughter of Mrs Clarissa
Carleton Paget (nee Hammond-Maude) who was sister of the late Jennifer
d'Abo (nee Hammond-Maude).
The ladies were daus of Maj Michael Wm Vernon Hammond-Maude (whose 2nd
wife was the Hon Sonia
Mary Peake, dau of the 1st Viscount Ingleby).

Talia Carleton Paget's gt-grandfather was Capt Gerald Wm Edward Maud,
The Green Howards - - - - but not a noble Maude (Visc Hawarden?)

Excellent catch, Michael.

The maternal grandmother was the former Rosamond Patrick (d.ca 1962)
http://peeragenews.blogspot.com/2006_04_01_archive.html (death notice
for Peter Egbert Cadbury who d 2006)
http://www.guardian.co.uk/news/2003/may/06/guardianobituaries.rogercowe
"She was the daughter of a diplomat, and her father's career meant she
saw little of him. Before leaving full-time education with five O-
levels in 1961, she had gone to nine schools. The combination of her
father's absences and her mother's illnesses meant she saw plenty of
her grandmother, and learned the rudiments of share trading from her.
Her mother died when she was only 17"

Michael Hammond-Maude, who md 2ndly 27 June 1966 Hon.Sonia Mary Peake
(b.12 Dec 1924), former wife 1946-1958 of the Marquess of Tweeddale
and 2nd dau of the 1st Viscount Ingilby, was living in 1982 when he
made some resettlements of his estate; the original owner in 1909-1951
was an Isabella Ellen Hammond. He owned the estate by 1965

Hon.Sonia Mary Hammond-Maude's eldest son the 13th Marquess died
unmarried in 2005, her second son is the present 14th Marquess and
also unmarried, as is her youngest son Lord Alistair Hay (b.1955).

The great-grandfather Captain Gerald William Edward Maude of the 1st
Battn. Yorkshire Regt., - apparently died in India on 5 November 1919.
