PEMBERTON
Sir Francis Pemberton KT [sic], CBE, DL, much loved husband, father,
grandfather, friend, peacefully at Trumpington on Wednesday 2nd
November 2011, aged 95 years. Family Funeral at Trumpington and
Memorial Service at Trinity College, Cambridge, on a date to be
announced.

Head of that gentry of Trumpington. He m 1941 Diana Patricia dau of
Reginald Salisbury WOODS of Cambridge, and had two sons, the eldest of
whom succ him as head of the family:

Antony Francis PEMBERTON (b 1942) m 1967 Victoria Anne (b 1944) dau of
Maj Antony GIBBS (1909-2000), scion (not a descendant) of the barons
ALDENHAM & HUNSDON, and June Audrey (b 1918) dau of John Reginald
CHICHESTER (1874-1968) scion of that gentry family of Hall, and Audrey
Geraldine (1896-1992), only daughter of Arthur Gerald CHAPMAN JP (ka
1917) of that gentry family of Kilhendre.
