From the Telegraph of 22 March 2023: DEWAR Penelope Cynthia (Penny), beloved mother and sister, peacefully at home after a long illness on 18th March 2023, aged 87. Funeral Service at All Saints Church, All Saints Road, Newmarket… on 29th March 2023 at 11 a.m.

She was d of 3^rd Baron FORTEVIOT 1906-93 and Cynthia Monica 1910-86 d of Lt Piers Cecil Le Gendre STARKIE 1882-1947 scion of that gentry family of Huntroyde and Cicely 1884-1972 d of Sir James DE HOGHTON 11^th Bt 1851-1938. She m 1959 (div 1977) Norman Frank Paul s of Paul BUTLER of Hinside, Illinois, and had twos sons and a dau.
