The engagement is announced between Shenandoah, son of Mr and Mrs Sebastian Neville-Clarke, of Vines Cross, East Sussex, and Mathilda, daughter of Mr Nicholas Crawley and the late Mrs Belinda Crawley and stepdaughter of Mrs Araminta Crawley, of Ogbourne Maizey.

The mother's family are from gentry family Crawley f/o Quarry Hill (BLG 1972)

Mr Sebastian Adrian Bennett NEVILLE-CLARKE was married in 1982 (registered Q2 -Worthing) to Joanna K WYLIE (birth registered Q3 1956 - Marylebone), the daughter of Verner WYLIE (1924 - 19 III 2012) and his wife (marriage registered Q1 1952 - Uckfield), Fiona Sutherland ANDERSON (28 IV 1924 - 10 I 1993).

Verner WYLIE was the son of Sir Francis Verner WYLIE, GCIE, KCSI (9 VIII 1891 - 25 XI 1970). Fiona Sutherland ANDERSON was the sister of Captain John Murray ANDERSON (23 IX 1918 - 3 I 1991), who was married on 28 January 1946 to Lady Gillian Mary DRUMMOND (17 II 1920 - 10 XII 2002), daughter of the 16th Earl of Perth.
