From the Telegraph of 9 July 2018: WILLS Lady Diana Veronica Cecil (Jane) died peacefully at home on 6th July. Widow of the Late Sir John Wills, Mother to David, Anthony, Rupert and the Late Julian, Grandmother to George, James, Peter, Harry, Tom, Ellie, Alice, Flora and Louisa, Great Granny to Willow. Funeral to be held at St Andrew’s Church, Blagdon at 12 noon on Thursday 26th July.

She was d of Douglas Ryan Middleton BAKER (1904-94) by his 1928 m (reg Q3 Somerset) to Helen Noel Veronica FIRBANK (1905-). She m 1953 Sir John Vernon WILLS 4th Bt (1928-98) and had 4 sons including the present 5th Bt Sir David James Vernon WILLS (b 1955) who married 1999 but is without issue. His two surviving brothers are married and, together with their male issue, occupy the first seven places in the line of succession to the title.
