WILSON  The engagement is announced between Angus, son of the late Major Giles Inglis-Jones and Madam Arabella Kincaid of Kincaid of Newport, Shropshire, and Grace, daughter of Mr and Mrs Ross Wilson of Coleraine, Co Londonderry.
