He was s of George Edward TWINE 1909-93 and Barbara Opal Onslow 1915-83 d of Sidney Victor Webb PERKINS d 1962 and Minnie Margaret Matilda 1892-1978 d of Charles Vere Townshend MAINWARING-ELLERKER-ONSLOW 1848-1927 (gt gs of 2nd Earl of ONSLOW 1754-1827) and Amelia Tolson 1851-1941 d of Frederick Roger CARTER 1816-82 by his 4 Jan 1836 m (St Sidwell, Exeter) to Elizabeth Henrietta CROSS d 1897.

He m 1st 1967 reg Q2 Hants Maureen Anne d of Charles GIGGS of Hayling Island, Hants, and had a son and three daus. He m 2^nd 1998 reg Q1 Hants Gillian (Gillie) WILLIAMS.
