New peer Lionel Tarassenko has peerage-family tie

I knew I knew the name Tarassenko from somewhere. Lionel  Tarassenko's first wife was Lady Ann Mary Elizabeth Craven (1959), a daughter of the 6th Earl of Craven (1917-65) and a "Duke of RIchmond" & "Duke of Monmouth" descendant of Charles II.
