Joan Sylvia B. Rushton's death was registered at Yeovil district, Somerset, in May 2000. She was born on 16 October 1908.

She married first in 1926 (div. 1933) the 14th Viscount of Falkland (1905-1984) and had issue: Elizabeth-Ann (* 1927) and Jean Rosemary Vera (* 1928).

Joan Sylvia (Bonham) Southey remarried at Westminster district, Middlesex, 4th quarter of 1936 John D.G. Walker (John Douglas Gaskell Walker).

She afterwards married at Chelsea district, Middlesex, 3rd quarter of 1946 James F. A(stley) Rushton.

Also, just to add one very minor piece of information, James F. Astley Rushton (b. 1911; also recorded, it seems, as 'Astley-Rushton')'s second name, according to The Cambridge University List, was Frederick. His father was Edward Astley Rushton (m. 1908, Vera Evelyn Barr, the daughter, according to the British Medical Journal record of their marriage, of Sir James Barr, president of the British Medical Association), whom I suspect to be the R.N. Vice-Admiral of the same name (see Wikipedia and elsewhere). Just one more thing about them- based on Google books sources, the Rushtons were from Liverpool, and the first prominent member was Edward Rushton (1756-1814), a poet from a poor background, later blind (also on Wikipedia). His son was a stipendiary magistrate, from which point fortunes seem to have improved.
