The engagement was announced 31 January, 2005, between Gawain O'Dare
Rainey (b. 1971), second son of Michael Sean O'Dare Rainey, of Granada,
Spain, by his former wife the Hon. Jane Teresa Denyse Ormsby-Gore (b.
1942), of Llansilin, Powys, scion of the Barons Harlech & Jasmine
L.F.F. Guinness (b. 1976), daughter of Patrick Desmond Karl Alexander
Guinness (b. 1956), of County Kildare, Ireland, scion of the Barons
Moyne, by Ms Elizabeth (Liz) Casey, of Nerja, Spain.

Jasmine's paternal grandfather, the Hon Desmond Walter Guinness (b.
1931) married (1) 1954 (div 1981) HSH Princess Marie-Gabrielle (Mariga)
Sophie Joti Elizabeth Albertine Almeria (1932-99), daughter of HSH
Prince Albrecht Eberhard Karl Gero-Maria von Urach, Count of
Wurttemberg (1903-69), by his wife, the former Rosemary Blackadder (b.
1901).

Jasmine's great-great-grandfather, Duke Wilhlem von Urach (1864-1928),
was son of Princess Florentine of Monaco (1833-97).

The bride-to-be and Mr Rainey have a son, Arthur Elwood Patrick O'Dare
Rainey, b. 2001.

Jasmine Guinness, who announced her engagement to Gawain Rainey, 31 Jan
2005, has further news. She is 3 months pregnant with her second child.
