Died peacefully at home in Beaverton, OR on July 29, 2017 following a brave battle with cancer. Born in Somerset, UK he was one of five children of Sir John and Lady Wedgwood. Oliver began a career in textile sales with Knoll International in New York City. In 1978 he relocated to Washington, DC. Oliver and his assistant JoAnn Campbell were well known for years in the DC area as the dynamic sales team for Knoll Textiles. Oliver and his partner Ron moved to Scottsdale in 2003, later to the Portland area. Oliver's lifelong passion for gardening was fulfilled when he designed a spectacular flower garden at his residence where he resided until his death. His quiet charm, infinite knowledge of world history, love of classical music and infectious smile are forever remembered. Survivors include his partner and spouse of 34 years, Ronald Noe; sister, Olivia Posner of Clare, UK; brother, Julian; family, friends and former colleagues.
A Celebration of Life may be announced at a later time. Please consider a donation to Care Partners Hospice & Palliative Care, Hillsboro, OR for their exemplary care during his illness.

Oliver Ralph WEDGWOOD was the third son of Sir John Hamilton WEDGWOOD, 2nd Baronet (1907-89) and Diana Mildred HAWKSHAW (died 1976). It appears from the death notice he may have had a same-sex marriage/civil union, probably in the United States.
