NEALE  The engagement is announced between Lara, twin daughter of the Hon Peter and the Hon Jane Pleydell-Bouverie of Downton, Wiltshire, and Charles, son of Mr Alastair Neale and Mrs Bernadette de Chabot-Neale of Sèvremont, France.
