From the Telegraph of 6 April 2019: EDEN Edward John Eden, died 3rd March, aged 59. Beloved husband of Tory and loving father to William and Charlotte. A Service of Thanksgiving will be held at Marlborough College Chapel on 1st June at 2pm.
He was s of Hon Ronald John EDEN (1931-2006 s of 8th Baron AUCKLAND) and Rosemary Dorothy Marion CROWDER (1928-2013, d of Sir John Frederick Ellenborough Crowder (1890-1961) s of Augustus George CROWDER m 1889 Louisa Isabella (c1851-1899) d of the Hon Henry Spencer LAW (1802-85, 3rd s of the 1st Baron ELLENBOROUGH), and his w Dorothea Anne (d 1871, d of Col John Staunton ROCHFORT (d 1844), scion of that Irish gentry family of co Wicklow, and Mary DE BURGH (d 1866) sister of the 2nd & last Baron DOWNES)). He m 1990 Victoria (Tory) M C (b 1960 reg Q2 Hampshire) d of Maj David Peter Tower DESHON (1923-92) by his 1959 m (reg Q2 Somerset) to Anne C CAPEL (b 1936 reg Q3 Surrey), and had a son and a dau as above.
