The recent list of ministerial appointments  (https://www.gov.uk/government/news/ministerial-appointments-5-september-2025) has been updated and now includes the following:
Liz Lloyd CBE as Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State in the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology, and the Department for Business and Trade, and Baroness in Waiting (Government Whip)
His Majesty has also been pleased to signify His intention of conferring a Peerage of the United Kingdom for Life on Liz Lloyd CBE.

That seems a welcome appointment. One of the most conspicuous weaknesses of this government so far has been its lack of private sector commercial experience.  It has especially shown iself in fiscal policy, in my opinion. But Liz Lloyd has a real record of achievement at Standard Chartered and is clearly capable.  I rather hope she gets a more senior job at the Treasury, sooner rather than later.

Her full name appears to be Elizabeth Ann Lloyd CBE (though wikipedia states her middle name as Anne). Her DOB is 1 Mar 1971  - Companies House filing details for The Tony Blair Governance Initiative

In support of "Ann" rather than "Anne": the announcement of her CBE in the London Gazette (https://www.thegazette.co.uk/London/issue/58557/supplement/8) was as follows:
Ms Elizabeth Ann Lloyd, lately Special Adviser, Prime Minister’s Office.
