Who’s Who 2015 Obits gives his death date as 28 July 2013. He is succeeded by his son:
Sir Richard John (b 1970) unm. Succ his father 2013 but has yet to establish his claim and appear on the Official Baronetage Roll.
There are no other heirs in line to the title.
