From the Telegraph of 20 Dec 2025: Joycelyn Kemble (née Bubb) peacefully on 14th December aged 93 at Highfield Care Home. Beloved wife for 70 years of Roger who died earlier this year. Loved by their children Charles and Victoria and son-in-law Tom, grandchildren Laura and James, and great granddaughters. Private cremation. Thanksgiving Service at All Saints Church, Upper Farringdon, nr Alton, Hampshire at 2 p.m. on Friday 16th January. No flowers.

She m 1954 Roger William 1930-(24 Jan)2025 s of Lt-Col Stafford Hubert FERRAND DSO MC 1888-1975 scion of that gentry family f/o St Ives and Margaret Frances 1896-1980 d of Lt-Col Robert George Buchanan RIDDELL 1854-ka1900 (gs of Sir John Buchanan RIDDELL 9^th Bt 1768-1819 of that Ilk) and Agnes Graham 1868-1955 d of Sir William Henry HOULDSWORTH 1^st Bt 1834-1917 and Elizabeth Graham CRUM d 1923, and had a son and a dau.
