Although not members of the peerage, the Levett family was long a
member of the English landed gentry, and intermarried with various
peerage families.

I'm wondering if anyone has any information about them? A branch of
the original Sussex family resides today in Staffordshire (although
the Levett name vanished in the last generation and is now Haszard).

Many thanks in advance!
