GUEST - Jane Elizabeth Guest died peacefully at the Sunrise at Killarney Care Home in Vancouver on Nov 11, 2025. She was 94 years old.

Jane was born in England in 1931. She attended University College Dublin graduating with a degree in comparative literature. She moved to Canada in 1957 and settled in Vancouver where she met and married Jack Guest. They raised their 3 children in Vancouver.

Jane is survived by her brother Raymond Pelly and her three children; Margaret Guest, John Guest and Maire Guest and 4 grandchildren; Sarah, Kaji, Keenan and Chikara and 2 great grandchildren; Hailey and Mia. At her request there will be no service. 

She was the dau of Air Chief Marshal Sir Claude Bernard Raymond PELLY GBE KCB MC (1902 - 1972), scion of the baronets of that name (descended from the 2nd son of the 1st bt), and Margaret Ogilvie SPENCER (1904 - 1990).

She m 1960 John I GUEST, and with him had issue as above. I am not able to access Debrett's online database, but her grandchildren (and g-gc) were unknown to DPB 2008 print edition.
