From the Times of 5 November 2018: BRUCE-LOCKHART Jamie (James) died peacefully on 27th October 2018, hugely missed by his family and friends. All welcome to a service to celebrate his life at 1pm on Wednesday, 14th November 2018, at St Lawrence Churche, Brundish, Suffolk.... No flowers please. Donations, if desired, for the Sandra chapman Centre, cheques made payable to JPUH NHS Foundation Trust, c/o (and enquiries) Woolnoughs Funeral Services, Halesworth....

He was s of John MacGregor BRUCE-LOCKHART (1914-95) and Margaret Evelyn HONE (1916-2000) and brother of the LP Baron BRUCE-LOCKHART (1942-2008). He m 1967 Felicity (Flip) Anne L (1943-2013) d of Wing-Cdr R L SMITH OBE of North Elmham, Norfolk, and had two sons:

(1) Dugald Alastair Roddick (b 1968, he m c2012 Penelope Jane (b 1977) d of Christopher John RAWLINS (b 1945, 6x gt gs of the 4th Duke of HAMILTON and 1st Duke of BRANDON (descended from a younger son, Lord Anne HAMILTON 1709-48)), and Mary Joan, d of Donovan William GOODCHILD of Harpenden, Herts.)
