Wills - The engagement is announced between Piers, only son of Mr Campbell Edgar and the late Mrs Edgar, of Salisbury, Wiltshire, and Charlotte, daughter of Lord Dulverton, of Batsford, Gloucestershire, and Rosalind, Lady Dulverton, of Marbella, Spain.
