The Marchioness of Stafford (nee Barbara R. Schneider), wife of James
Granville Egerton, styled Marquis of Stafford (b. 1975), gave birth to
a daughter, Lady Isabelle Victoria Egerton, 10 December, 2007.
The Marquis of Stafford is the elder son of the 7th Duke of Sutherland
(b. 18 Feb, 1940), by his wife the former Victoria Mary Williams
(descended from the Barons Addington), and the Marchioness of Stafford
is a daughter of Dr Graham and Dr Ilse Schneider, of Vienna, Austria.

such disappointing news, the dukedom will end up becoming extinct at
this rate, girls and more girls, all the collaterals in remainder to
the dukedom have only produced girls. Better luck next time for both
brothers, of course I take this all back any of the collaterals in
remainder to the dukedom have produced male heirs recently?

Just when we had good news on the Edinburgh Dukedom/Wessex Earldom...
The Marquess and his brother now each have 1 daughter. Both are still
young (32 and 30) and have only married fairly recently (2007 and
2003).
Also, good news with Nicholas. He married in 2006 so hopefully among
the 2 brothers and Nicholas SOMEONE will produce a son...
