Per some tax case details online (unfortunately can't get to my BLG Scotland either...), her father was Maj. Arthur Ivor Stewart-Liberty (1916-1990). Royal Buckinghamshire Yeomanry, M.C.. Per Debrett's 2000 (and thepeerage.com's citation of BP 2003), his wife was Rosabel, dau. of Arthur Henry Fynn, of Helston, Cornwall; she m. 2nd, 1954 (div. 1976), Lt-Cdr David Robert Fremantle, R.N.V.R., great-grandson of the 1st Baron Cottesloe.
