_.Thomas Foster Rivers Bulkeley, MBE, who died 23 February, 2013, aged 96, was born 15 March, 1916, son of Frederick Rivers-Bulkeley by his wife the former Muriel Lyon, and a grandson of Alfred Charles Lyon, of Albrighton Hall, Salop, by his wife the former Laura Rose Swetenham, scion of that family of Somerford Booths, Congleton, co Chester; married Bridget Pattinson (b 1915), daughter of Hugh Lee Pattinson by his wife the former Catherine Lina Chaworth-Musters, scion of that landed family. He leaves issue.

Thomas Foster RIVERS BULKELEY MBE (1916-2013) is a scion of the gentry family of that name, formerly of Whitchurch. (I'm not clear what relation to or if actually head of it, as they last appeared in the 1952 BLG, and I don't have that to hand.)
