I was doing some work on the genealogy of the German Freiherren von Halkett, and collating them with the Scots family of that name, and thought this might be of interest to some members, especially since both the German and Scots/British lines all seem to be extinct in the male line. (I am up only to 1903 in the German genealogy books, so there may be some details after that which I have missed.)
