He was s of Arthur CLEMENTS CBE 1926-2016 and his wife Olivia _. He m 1996 Fenella Jane b 1965 d of Malcolm Peter Speight BARTON b 1937 and Julia Margaret 1941-2022 d of Hon James Louis LINDSAY 1906-97 (yr s of 27^th Earl of CRAWFORD & [10^th] BALCARRES 1871-1940) and Hon Bronwen Mary SCOTT-ELLIS 1912-2003 d of 8^th Baron HOWARD DE WALDEN 1880-1946, and had two sons and a dau as above.

Nicholas Clements’ sister Caroline m Hugo Vyvyan EGLESTON b 1955 gs of 2^nd Earl of PLYMOUTH, as well gt gs of 11^th Earl of WEMYSS, etc.
