Diana Eveline Montague [Didy] Holland-Martin, who died 14 July, 2005,
aged 89, was the widow of a member of the Burke's Landed Gentry family
of that name.

She (also known as Didi) was born 1915 dau of Lt-Col Percival Lawrence Montagu BATTYE (1886-1945) and (m 1914) Elisabeth RODOCANACHI (1891-1982). She m (1) 1938 (div 1952) Michael Henry ASQUITH (1914-2004) (grandson of the 1st Earl of Oxford and Asquith) (2) 1953 Alastair Robin Peter Patrick Keith CAMERON (1919-1980) (3) Peter THURSBY and (4) 1966 (as his 2nd w) (Richard) Thurston HOLLAND-MARTIN (1908-1968) of that gentry family of Overbury
