From the Telegraph of 9 January 2016: ROPNER  Diana ('Anna') Felicia, Lady Ropner (née Abbott) died aged 78, at Charing Cross Hospital on December 26th 2015 after a lengthy battle against cancer that appeared initially to have been won. Adored wife of Sir Robert ('Robin') Ropner Bt. Beloved mother of the twins, Kate and Christopher, much loved mother-in-law of Stephen and grandmother of Charlie. Sister of Caroline and aunt to Samantha, Lisa and Gemma. Funeral Service at 12 noon on Thursday 14th January at All Saints, Fulham SW6 3LA and afterwards at The Duke's Head, Lower Richmond Road, Putney SW15 1JN. No flowers please but donations to Macmillan Nurses or, if preferred, to All Saints Church where Diana Worshiped for more than thirty years. All enquiries to Chelsea Funeral Directors.

Diana (Anna) Felicia d of Wing-Cdr Arthur Henri ABBOTT of Henville House, Hamble, Hampshire. She m 1978 Sir Robert Clinton ROPNER 5th Bt (b 1949) and had a son (Christopher Guy b 1979, heir to his father) and a dau (Katherine Anne b 1979, twin).
