The engagement was announced 6 September, 2008, between (Peter) Tom
Hill-Norton (b 1975), younger son of Vice Admiral The Hon Sir Nicholas
John Hill-Norton (b 1939) and Lady Hill-Norton, of Newton Valence,
Hampshire, and Alexia Quintus, daughter of Jonkheer and Mrs Roelof A.
Quintus, of Geneva, Switzerland. Tom Hill-Norton is a grandson of the
Baron Hill-Norton, GCB, life peer.
