Is the new mother Clare Angelina Serena  BETHELL (b 1977)? She is d of Hon James David William BETHELL (b 1952, s of 5th Baron WESTBURY (1922-2001)) and Emma Hermione (b c1951) d of Capt Malise Allen NICOLSON MC (1921-95) of Frog Hall, Malpas, Cheshire and Vivien Bridget (b 1923) d of Arthur Hilton RIDLEY (1890-1974), sometime head of the gentry family of that name of Park End by his wife a scion of the BROWNE gentry family of Callaly.

Had a look through Twitter and found an account that seems to confirm that Clare Bethell is now Clare Blakely (@clare_bethell). And if you check through the feed she regularly retweeted Bethell Racing, which her father's business; the address matches up with that given for the Hon James in Debrett.

From information on nobiliana.de (EE Beck) it appears Stephen and Clare Blakely m Feb/Mar 2020 - info on her facebook a/c (I'm not that competent with FB so I haven't tried to find a more exact date)
