Leslie baronets of Wardis and Findrassie (NS 1625)

Leigh Rayment's site suggest it is unclaimed by Percy Theodore Leslie (born 1915). Thepeerage.com lists Percy as deceased in 2001, presumably without issue. I have verified the death on the government's probate site.

I believe this baronetcy can descend to a collateral male heir. If so, would the heirs be Sir John Norman Ide Leslie, 4th Baronet (died 2016) and now Shaun Rudolf Christopher Leslie (not yet proven to his father's baronetcy). Presumably the family are aware - anybody know if they intend to take up the title?

DPB online describe Sir Shaun Leslie (of Glaslough) as "presumed heir to the dormant baronetcy of Leslie of Wardis"

Incidentally DPB describes the 4th Bt Sir John Norman Ide Leslie (of Glaslough) as " especially noted for his energetic disco-dancing both at home and in Ibiza".  Not sure the 4th Baronet's death has been noted here?

Wikipedia lists Shaun Rudolf Christopher Leslie (b 1947) as heir to his uncle, Sir John Norman Ide Leslie, 4th Bt (d 2016).

I could find no reference to the 4th Bt's death here on the group after searching through. 

The heir to the presumed 5th Bt is his brother, Christopher Mark Leslie (b 1952), who mar 1982, Cliona Manaha, and has a son and daughter, the son being Luke Daniel Leslie (b 1987), shown as unm in Debrett's online.
