From the Telegraph of 11 October 2013: KINDERSLEY ugo, the third Lord Kindersley, died peacefully in his sleep on Wednesday, October 9th 2013, surrounded by his loving family at his home in Kent. There will be a Thanksgiving Service at 2 p.m. at the Guard's Chapel on November 19th. All are welcome. No flowers. He was s of the 2nd Baron KINDERSLEY (1899-1976) and Nancy Farnsworth (d 1977) d of Dr Geoffrey BOYD of Toronto, Canda. He m 1st 1954 (div 1989) Lady Venice Marigold (Lady Rosie Kindersley, b 1930) sister of 8th Marquess of DOWNSHIRE and had issue. He m 2nd 1989 Patricia Margaret NORMAN (formerly Mrs Henry Crichton-Stuart, scion of the marquess of Bute) d of Brig Hugh Ronald NORMAN DSO of Kent. His eldest son succeeds him:

Rupert John Molesworth KINDERSLEY (b 11 March 1955, resident in Ontario, Canada) succ his father as 4th Baron KINDERSLEY but has yet to establish his claim and appear on The Roll of the Peerage. He m 1975 Sarah Anne d of John D WARDE, and has issue.

Hon Frederick Hugh Molesworth (b 1987), unm. Heir apparent.

DAUGHTER LIVING
Hon Rebecca (b 1985), unm.

 

BROTHER LIVING
Hon Dickon Michael KINDERSLEY (b 1962, 2nd in line), m 1991 Victoria S d of T J COLES and has issue, 2 sons (3rd & 4th in line: Bertie b 1995 and Harry b 1998) and a dau (Phoebe b 1993)

 

After the above, the succession would pass to descendants of the 1st Baron's 4th son.

I've cropped the H off the name the 3rd Baron used, which should read HUGO
