The engagement was announced 31 March, 2016, between William John Andrew Frazer (born 1985), son of Mr Andrew David Frazer, of Hillmount, Cullybackey, Co Antrim, by his wife the former Lady Juliet Clare Chichester (b 1954),  & Anna V. Clark, daughter of Mr & Mrs John Clark, of Market Lavington, Wiltshire.

William Frazer is a grandson maternally of the late 7th Marquess of Donegall (Marquess, Peerage of Ireland, cr 1791).

Again, is WALTER the son of this couple, not being a geneologist and no access to record except the index i could prove be wrong
