He was yr s of Lt-Cdr Richard Frederick COLVILE DSC RN 1914-2004 scion of that gentry family of Lullington and Dioné Onaway 1919-77 d of Cdr Charles Eden NEATE RN 1887-1965 and Dorothy TUCKER 1889-1971. He never married.
