From the Times of 24 March 2017: COLE-HAMILTON  Betty peacefully at home, Elm Cottage, Inverness, on 17th March 2017, aged 96. Wife of the late R A "Dick" Cole-Hamilton of Fettes College, Edinburgh, beloved mother, mother-in-law and grandmother. Funeral on Thursday 30th March, at noon, at RNI Chapel, Ness Walk, Inverness. She was d of Sir William Lorenzo PARKER 3rd Bt (1889-1971) and Ruth Margaret Sillery HANBURY-SPARROW (d 1971), scion of the gentry family of that name formerly of Rushbury and Eaton-under-Heywood. She m 1947 Maj Richard (Dick) Arthur COLE-HAMILTON (1912-92), scion of the ENNISKILLEN earls, and had 3 sons, in line to MOUNTFLORENCE barony only and all married with issue - the first and third sons each having a son who are also in line to the barony.
