From the Times of 28 June 2017: ALLEN Polly died on 23rd June 2017, aged 94. Daughter of Clifford and Marjory Allen of Hurtwood. She was feisty to the end and much loved by all.
She was d of (Reginald) Clifford ALLEN 1st & last Baron ALLEN OF HURTWOOD (1889-1939) and Marjory (1897-1976) d of George J GILL (c1861-) and Sarah S _ (c1865-).
