From the Times of 25 June 2024: SCOULAR Sarah (née Spencer-Nairn) on 16th June 2024, aged 87. Much-loved mother, sister and granny, she will be greatly missed by many.

She was d of Maj Michael Alastair SPENCER-NAIRN TD 1909-2002 (s of Maj Sir Robert SPENCER-NAIRN 1^st Bt of Monimail) and Ursula Helen 1912-2011 d of Howson Foulger DEVITT 1869-1949 (s of Sir Thomas Lane DEVITT 1^st Bt 1839-1923) and Winifred Lina WOOLLCOMBE 1879-1972. She m 1967 John Richard 1931-2020 s of Rev John Greenshields SCOULAR and had a son and a dau (their m & issue are not in DPB online):
