He was s of Clarence John Molyneux FLETCHER 1910-86 and Isabel Clare 1915-2010 d of A/Maj Charles Reginald CHENEVIX TRENCH 1888-ka1918 (2xgt gs of Frederick TRENCH 1724-97 who was f of 1 Baron ASHTOWN 1755-1840) and Clare Cecily 1892-1989 d of Henry Blunt HOWARD 1843-1914 and Ellen SOUTHEY 1846-1909. He m 1 1967 as his 1 w Tresna Dawn b 1942 reg Q2 Birmingham d of Charles Henry Railton RUSSELL 1905-61 of Southgate, London by his 1937 m reg Q3 Birmingham to Phyllis M TAYLOR, and had two sons. He m 2 in 2006 Brenda LOCKHART-SMITH.
