From the Telegraph and Times of 5 September 2019: Sir Thomas Greenaway, Bt, and Miss C.G.A. Floyd - The engagement is announced between Thomas, son of the late Sir John Greenaway, Bt, and of Lady Greenaway, of Lois Weedon, Northamptonshire, and Claire, younger daughter of Mr and Mrs David Floyd, of Bowerchalke, Wiltshire.

Sir Thomas Edward Burdick GREENAWAY 4th Bt (b 1985) s of Sir John Michael Burdick GREENAWAY 3rd Bt (1944-2015) and Susan Margaret (b 1945 reg Q4 London)  d of Henry BIRCH of Lion House, Tattenhall, Cheshire and _ TAYLOR. Sir Thomas' heir presumptive is his cousin, Michael Philip (b 1949) who's married with a son and dau. His son, Daniel Pearce (b 1981) is the only other heir in line of succession.

Claire Gillian Ann (b 1986) d of David Henry Cecil FLOYD (b 1956, s & ha of Sir Giles Henry Cecil FLOYD 7th Bt (b 1932) and his 1st w Lady Gillian Moyra Katherine CECIL (b 1935) d of 6th Marquess of EXETER (1905-81) and his wife, a sister of Princess ALICE, DUCHESS OF GLOUCESTER), and Caroline Ann (b 1959 reg Q2 Wiltshire) d of John Henry BECKLY (1927-2001) and Ann W MAYHEW (b c1936 reg Q1 Suffolk).
