_. Emilia Mary Florence Jardine Paterson (b 1982), wife of David H. Jardine Paterson, gave birth to a second son, Alexander Louis Prospero, 19 March, 2016, a brother for Leo, who was born in 2014.

David Jardine Paterson is the elder son of Mr and Mrs Michael Jardine-Paterson, of Balgray, Dumfriesshire, scion of a Scots landed family, and kin of the Earl of Annandale & Hartfell.

Emilia Jardine-Paterson is the youngest daughter of Mr Robin Gerard d'Erlanger, of Hensleigh, Devon, by his wife the former Hon Mary Elizabeth Josephine Pellew (b 1947), dau of the 9th Viscount Exmouth (1908-70). 

Emilia is a close friend of the Duke & Duchess of Cambridge .
