She m 1962 Richard Thomas Sutherland 1931-2014 s of Lt-Gen Sir Maurice Somerville CHILTON KBE CB 1898-1956 and Margaret 1903-84 d of Ven John Stewart SINCLAIR 1853-1919 (gs of Lt-Gen Sir John SINCLAIR 1^st Bt 1754-1835 of Ulbster who was 2xgt gf of 1^st Viscount THURSO 1890-1970) and Clara Sophia 1862-1948 d of John Dearman BIRCHALL 1828-97 sometime head of that Burke’s Family Records family of Bowden Hall, Glos and his 1^st w Clara Jane 1841-63 d of William Leigh BROOK 1809-55 of Meltham Hall, Yorks and Charlotte ARMITAGE 1810-1847.
