The Official Roll of the Baronetage lists the baronetcy as Vacant. Why?

Not sure. Debrett's 1990 and 2003 list no further males in remainder.

I checked the family's pedigree in The Visitation of England and Wales vol. 15 (which, published in 1908, is of course hardly comprehensive for our current purpose) just to see if it offered any answers/ differences from the Burke's and Debrett's pedigrees; although a lot of detail is provided of the first baronet's siblings and their descendants, this can't be of any help unless the baronetcy was created in such a way as to bring them into the equation. That aside, the same sons are listed for the first baronet as elsewhere; only the first son of Sir Dudley (2nd bt) is included, he dying during his first year. At least we can add this as support of the Burke's and Debrett's pedigrees not having omitted any of the first baronet's issue, if nothing else!

Now the Official Roll of the Baronetage lists the baronetcy as Extinct. Perhaps, they also checked in Debrett's.
