He was the son of Stephne Andrew RALLI 1897-1966 (2xgt gs of Stephen John RALLI 1755-1827 who was gf of Sir Lucas Eustratio RALLI 1^st Bt 1845-1931) and Diana Marie Margaret 1902- d of Edward Arthur UNDERWOOD 1876- and as her 1^st h Louisa St Aubyn 1878-1965 (Mrs Frederick Montagu) d of William Collier ANGOVE 1831-1906 and Margaret Emily Sophia HERVEY 1847-1923. He m c1971 [sic] reg Q1 London (eng Times 28 Aug 1970) E-Liza(beth) b 2 Feb 1939 & d 2 April 2013 (Telegraph 9 April) d of Hugh Seymour EATON 1899-1988 of Vaucluse, Sydney, Australia and Gwynnedd Mary ALLEN 1905-48.
