The engagement was announced 22 September, 2016, between Theo Grantley Osborne (b 1985), scion of the Osborne baronets (Bt, Ireland, cr 1629), fourth son of Sir Peter George Osborne, 17th Baronet (b 1943), of London, by his wife the former Felicity Loxton-Peacock, & Justine Fisher, younger daughter of Mr Robin Fisher, of London, and Mrs Wendy Fisher, of New York, United States.

Theo Osborne is a younger brother of the Rt Hon George Osborne, MP, PC, Chancellor of the Exchequer 2010-16.

According to an article on p3 of the Daily Telegraph 12 May 2018 the marriage took place on Sunday 6 May 2018
