Much loved widow of Sandy, mother of Lucinda and Zara, grandmother to James, and great grandmother to Lilli and Maxi. Service of Thanksgiving at St Mary Magdalene Church, Castleton… on Friday 6th March at 11.30 a.m.

She was d of John Andrew ARMSTRONG 1892-1974 (gs of Sir Andrew ARMSTRONG 1 Bt 1785-1863) and Pauline Frances 1894-1983 d of Maj Charles Oswald Nicholson WILLIAMS  of Pulborough, Sussex 1863–ka1915 by his 21 April 1888 m to Ethel Florence FIELD 1866-1928. She m 1958 Capt Alexander (Sandy) Bayly 1929-2016 s of Capt Alexander Henry MAXWELL-HYSLOP RN 1895-1978 scion of the HYSLOP gentry family f/o Lotus and Cecilia Joan BAYLY 1902-54 scion of that gentry family of Torr, and had two daus as above.
