From the Telegraph of 6 April 2023: GRANT-RENNICK Catriona Mary Alexa (Rosie). Daughter of Richard and Mary Grant-Rennick (both deceased), sister of Margaret, Clair and Simon, aunt of Craig, Sally, Jack, Felix and Jade. Tragically died in Spain on March 9th 2023. She was d of Capt Richard de Clanay GRANT-RENNICK 1923-2004 sometime head of that gentry family of Lichborough and his 1^st w (her 2^nd h) Violet Mary 1922-80 d of Col (Frederick Adolphus) Fleming BARNARDO CIE CBE 1874-1962 and Violet Kathleen Ann 1890-1942 d of Henry Teviot KERR 1857-1910 (gt gs of 4^th Marquess of LOTHIAN 1710-75, 2xgt gs of 3^rd Earl of HOLDERNESS 1681-1722, etc etc) and his 1^st w Mary Orde WITHER 1864-95.

Richard de Clanay fighting gallantly to the end, died on 18th September [2004] at home, aged 81. Beloved husband of Jennifer, adored father of Clair, Rosie and Simon, revered grandfather of Jack, Felix, Jade, Craig and Sally, treasured stepfather of Margaret and much loved brother of Prudence.
