From the Times of 2 February 2019: Mr J. Moubray and Miss E-M. Stegemann - The engagement is announced between James, only son of Charles Moubray, of Brandsby, North Yorkshire, and Lucinda Lowcock, of Stour Provost, Dorset, and Eva-Maria, younger daughter of Heinrich and Irma Stegemann, of Haltern am See, North Rhine-Westphalia.
James (b 1987) s of Charles John MOUBRAY (b 1957) and Lucinda Frances (b 1959) d of Capt Alexander Bayly MAXWELL-HYSLOP (1929-2016), scion of the gentry family of that name formely of Lotus, and Jill Sara ARMSTRONG (b 1937), scion of the Bts of that name cr 1841.
