He was s of Rev Gilbert Edmund Nassau MOLESWORTH 1895-1976 (4xgt gs of 1st Viscount MOLESWORTH 1656-1725) and Florence Edith Mary 1901-2002 d of Thomas Fisher MADDRELL 1861-1932 by his 1891 m to Florence Elizabeth CHILDS-CLARKE 1866-1960. He m 1958 Margaret Elizabeth b 8 July 1935 & d 25 Feb 2022, da of George Thomas Alexander HASTINGS 1906-89 and Margaret Gold ROBERTSON, and had six children.

The obit says his six children survive him along with 7 gc (all except Matthew are in DPB online) & 2 gt gc (Wiley & Rowan not in DPB online) and his sister (Elizabeth) Raphael Mrs Duncan Urquhart b 1934.

It is interesting that "Nassau" became such a common forename in this family. The first one to have that name seems to have been the childless 4th Viscount (d.1793), and then the name seems to have been adopted for use by two lines of his cousins, the earliest one being born 1790.

I do not see any obvious connections between the Molesworths and the German/English Nassau families. Lords Grantham and Rochford were alive when the 4th Viscount was born, so he could have been named for one of them, or even for King William III, I suppose.
