Owen - The engagement is announced between Hughie, second son of Mr and Mrs Harry Shepherd-Cross, of Quainton, Buckinghamshire, and Olivia, daughter of Mr Mark Owen, of Midhurst, West Sussex, and Mrs Caroline Van Den Berg, of Milton Street, East Sussex.
